   Yes you can. However, you will not be able to get it into the subway with a motorized mobility scooter. That’s because there are not many subway stations that are accessible to mobility devices. Therefore, if you need to use public transit to get from one point to another, you will need to take the bus, which are accessible to mobility devices.
