In Illinois, are there any state laws about wheelchair accessibility and slot machines?

Are there any state officials that specialize in this subject? I went to a riverboat casino and had trouble reaching the buttons on some of the slots. As you can probably guess, I am a paraplegic.

There are many exceptions to the ADA, and one is boats, as they are not easily retrofitted to comply like a home or business would be.
Of course, if it’s Indian owned they don’t have to do anything as they are (technically) a sovereign nation.
