Why are many of the people I see at Tea Party rallies in mobility scooters courtesy of the government?

Most of those folks needed the scooters because they were too fat to walk and they were fat due to lack ot self-control. The other half was how much these same people hate government spending. “The truth – you can’t handle the truth”.

Sometimes the elderly are fooled into supporting issues with the sly tongue of the devil, dressed in an angelic light.
Because they’re special and only they can have government money. Screw poor people who need it for survival.
They bought them with their own money.

Because you haven’t gone to any tea parties. Anyone who goes to a Tea party ends up joining the Tea parties because they find out how wonderful the people are and how they are people with love of their country and love of freedom. I heard dozens of stories of liberals turning into Tea party members when they attended- its SWEET!

If only you libbies could tell the truth, people might actually begin to believe you. I’ve seen one scooter at a rally, and it looked to be older than the person riding it. Really, you guys don’t need to lie to be persuasive… or maybe you do.
I never met a person who had their scooter paid for by medicare. We ask everyone we see with one since a friend of ours who could barely walk was denied.

I have been to several Tea Party Rallies and have not seen these people. The Tea Party people that I know are people precisely opposite of what the left leaning media are portraying. They are of all racial backgrounds, cultural backgrounds, age categories, democrats, republican, libertarians, etc. They do however understand the principles of libery this nation was founded on and are trying to fight back.
You really need to study the issues and what is at stake should the Federal government continue on its current path.
Maybe they apid into a system their whole life and are now receiving the benefits promised, unlike the leeches and rabble that went to the liberal union gay pride fest.
